- Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a call-out fee.
- Repairs and Parts
- We use quality replacement parts appropriate to the appliance brand and model.
- While every effort is made to repair appliances effectively, we cannot guarantee that all faults can be rectified, particularly in cases of age, wear, or prior damage.
- Replaced parts may be retained by German Appliance Specialists unless otherwise agreed.
